i'm wantin to max in a couple days and am not sure on what the warm-up and buildup to my max should be..i can do around 330 and i need to know the best warm-up. thanks
 
sample for a 315 or close single.

bar for several reps.
95 for sefeval reps
135 for 6 or 8
185 for 4 or 5
225 for 2 or 3
275 for 1 or 2
max single.

this ensures that you are warmed up and ready to hit a pr. 3 to 4 minutes between warmup sets. 4-5 before max out.

pullinbig got ya going in the right direction bro. Drink plenty of water between sets and get some good oxygen!!!
