I rotate between: Decline Crunches 5x5 Reverse Crunch 2x10 Oblique Crunch on Ball 2x10 and Machine Crunch 3x5 (we have this awesome machine) Rope Crunch 2x10 Hanging Leg Raise 2x8 Twisting Crunch 2x15 I might be overdoing it a bit though.
