Mid section help

I do abs once a week.
I rotate between:

Decline Crunches 5x5
Reverse Crunch 2x10
Oblique Crunch on Ball 2x10

and

Machine Crunch 3x5 (we have this awesome machine)
Rope Crunch 2x10
Hanging Leg Raise 2x8
Twisting Crunch 2x15

I might be overdoing it a bit though.
 
read the 5x5 sticky, there is a GREAT ab routine in there :) and diet is the most important :D
