Middle of first cycle diet

Whats up guys? I want ro know what i can add to my diet that is not a sit down meal but is very high in protein..please no cottage cheese lol...Like I stated im in the middle of my first cycle. I stsrted at 5"10 170 with roughly 9percent bodyfat...I am in week 7 now and I am at 186 my cycle is as follows

400mg T400/week 10 week
250mg Test E/ week 10 week
140mg Dbol/week. 4 weeks


Ive gained but I hit a plateau and i really am hurting myself bt not eating more my macros are around 2000 cal/75 fat/165 protein/180 carbs. ..

These macros do not include myofusion post workout or half serving mass gainer in the am

What can I add to my diet thats high in protein but isnt like a sit down meal?
 
1- you need more than 2,000 calories! More like 3,500-4,000
2-your 170lbs you should be eating like 200+gr of protein not 165

So quick meals?? Easiest thing is shakes but more of a meal like..
Oatmeal,eggs,yogurt,fruit
The best for high protein low fat and carbs is
cooked chicken breast, put in blender with water, blend.... Use more or less water for consistency. You can have anywhere from 25-100g protein per shake for like $5
 
Man that chicken shake sounds harsh. Take some tuna packets eat from it no refrigerator or cool3r needed. Also I would try to make time to eat small prepared meals like Hormel meals. Protein shakes should be less than 20 percent of your protein in take. Like he said tho if you have to blend that chicken up because your diet now is bad. I understand that it is hard to find time to eat, let alone having it with you all the time.

Also this cycle is way to much for you and all messed up. I hope you have your pct planned out. How old are you?

Thats nkt a bad idea I dont care about taste just my job is demanding a run a auto shop. So I can't really sit down to eat exceot the basic meals. I want to be around 3000 cals. I weight 185 now and I want to keep adding to that number and be around 185 post cycle thats y im trying to grt my diet in shape before pct and st

Thats my other problem I know what I need for post cycle therapy (pct), but my local guy has flaked on me recently and I know you guys have a 50 post rule and I dont have the reputation yet to ask for a recommendation..which sucks because if I cant get it iim gonna be wasting a cycle...Also I am 24 ive peaked at 185lbs im in week 7 of the cycle so im trying to get my diet right now
 
look around its easy to find post cycle therapy (pct). Maybe check the ads --------->

pct can be found the sponsors have great products, ive personally used rui but ive heard good things about all the others aswell, order that as soon as possible your cycle is so strong you dont want to risk being left with no pct and your cycles finished.
