Milk Thistle Dosage?!?!

dbol 35mg ED
sust250 500mg/week.

I have these milk thistle caps that are 1000 mg per softgel. Got em at WALMART.

the bottle says...

from 250mg of 4:1 extract...

Is this 1000mg ED a good dosage? Or should I up it. I just got em and i am going into my second week.

As long as the silymarin milk thistle is Standarized, 1 gram a day is perfect.

I take 1000mg a day but i would supplment with more then just that for my liver.

Artichoke is another inexspensive one that can be found.

No don't go over 1000mg per day if it's already doing you good. Some users who took more
milk thistle dosage had diarrhea after a few days of starting to add up the prescribed dosage which is 1000mg. So be careful.
