Milking your diet

I know water is a very good source to help you get lean, but would it be fine to add skin milk with my diet, basically when I eat my meals.

I cut back on diet coke since aspertaine is terrrible for u.
Just curious if 1% milk is ok to drink even tho there is still sugar in it.
 
milk is fine, despite the bozos that claim otherwise.

of course you do have to account for the added calories. one 8oz glass is only 90 calories, so thats not really very significant, but if youre drinking a glass at every meal then this may warrant some slight diet readjusting.

Esspecially if your one of these crazy fuckers who eat 8- 9- 10 meals per day.

All is good in moderation.
 
how does it slow ur digestion system?? I heard its good for ur digestion

i eat 5-6 meals by the way depending my schedule, and its clean meals

a lot of people claim it "gums" up in your digestive system. whether or not it does I have no idea.

milk protein is made up of 80% casein, so it is a slower digesting protein.
