Minimizing Musce LOSS during end of cycle and PCT

its receptively known as the standard supp/diet for pct... but most poeople dont know it or completely ignore it.. losing more than they actually have to!

I knew about the roles of each in testosterone production but wasn't aware they "standardized" it into a diet or something until I read it in that text. It def makes sense though from just knowing what each does. If you and Llewellyn are onto this that's a sign of good things lol

I asked austin to write one about this....In the mean time im going to increase my protien a little bit stay pushin with some heavy shit...well for me, and some resistance training crushing drop sets, get make sure i get my micro nutrients and stay healthy and maybe look into some bridge or some shit...........or just cruise:wiggle:

Joe Weider used to talk about it - the only way to maintain all your gains from his experience was to not let the weight down when benching, squatting, etc...

The body doesn't want to hold onto all that muscle natural unless it needs it - so you have to trick mother natural into wanting to keep 20+ lbs of muscle you gained in the past month or two you won't keep your gains.

I dislike Weider immensely but what you said is true. Muscle will on,y be maintained to the degree necessary so if you stop lifting/stressing/ pushing those muscles you will be detrained. Diet is also key bc training can only support what the diet allows. AMG this assumes you're within your natural potential. If AAS has taken you past your genetic potential than a certain amount of AAS will be required to maintain it or progress further.

That's why the big guys don't ever come off. I hate looking at Dorian being so tiny : /

but he claims he can't bench, squat, and do varies exercises due to destroying his joints. So he just maintains at testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) levels.
