minimum growth hormone dosage?

okay, sorry. i know this has been done to death, but i still have some questions about growth hormone dosage (for men this time). i have heard that 1-2 iu's is okay if taken for a long period of time (6 months or so). would you agree with this?

what is the minimum dose and length of time someone could get away with and still see decent results (growth and/or fat reduction)? if i was just going to do a 3-4 month gh cycle (along with anabolics-some deca, fina, and maybe d-bol), what would be the minimum iu's i could take per day and still see growth?

do most people recommend taking gh every day and twice per day? i thinking of using the saizen hgh. not sure if that makes a difference? is this good stuff?

usually, i do a 10-12 week anabolic cycle and lay off for the same length of time. if i am going to be doing gh for longer than 12 weeks, is it okay to be taking the gh without any anabolics on top of it?

i realize there are lots of arguments against gh, but let's just ignore those for now.

There is definitely a lot of different opinions with repsect to this question but I would say you could get away with 2 IU's per day for 6 months and end up seeing some gains as long as you were using eating/training right during the 6 months and as long as you did a cycle or two during that 6 months as well.

Personally when I start my GH, Im going to do what Needsize and I talked about which was to start off at 2 IU's per day for 20-30 days, then 3 IU's for another 30 days anf then max out at 4 IU's per day for the duration of however long we end up using it for.

Why the upward increase. What is the theory behind this.
I know the jintropin is a bit potent and some where getting karpel (sp.) syptoms.

Would it be to find what does is managable, is it do to $$$$$

The upward increase is actually to try and keep the sides at bay. Needsize and I both talked to a lot of guys on the boards who were using Jintropin and starting out at 4 IU's per day and having unbearable pain as per the carpel tunnel. At least half of the guys experiencing the sides big-time ended up having to dcrease their dosage in order to lessen the effect that the sides were having on their training and sleep.

I just figure that instead of having to possibly decrease my dosage, Ill slowly let me body adjust. Personally, I would hate to have carpel that bad to the point where I cant squeeze a bar which ultimately makes my training suffer. Its really just me being cautious and making sure that everything goes smooth.
 
for me it was sides, as well as $ that made me go with this approach. I figure that since I;ve never done gh, then I am going to get results at first, even on 2iu, then keep bumping it up to continue the results. I think its effective, and in the long run will save me a few kits

so overall, do you think it is worth the investment so far???

hard to tell after less than a month. I'll really know when I get to the heavy bulking with the big cycle I just started, and start ramping up the doses
 
Start with 2IU/d for ~2 weeks then go to 3IU/d. Three IU seem to be a commonly referenced dose in regards to effectiveness for bulking/cutting. At that dose, one shot a day is enough. I'd go at least 4 months.
 
Damn i guess my 6iu is kinda high. i take 2iu three times aday. Is this too much? cost isnt an issue, but i do want to be safe. ive read in sereral places that is good to inject more than once a day. i think lawnsaver said it too. I dont wanna fuck myself up, but i still want to kick some ass on stage in july. safety is first. please give me some opinions.
 
alright, so it sounds like this is what most people are agreeing on (please tell me if i am misinterpreting):

-2 iu's per day is a minimum gh dosage
-injection twice/day is good (thus 1 iu x 2 every day)
-probably good to ramp up to at least 3 iu's per day (after a couple of weeks)
-stay on the gh a minimum of 4 months

i still have the question about whether most people do 5 days on followed by 2 days off?

I'm doing 2 iu before bed, but my hgh/igf-1 are low. Do 2iu for as long as you can, I'm going 6-9 months, if I get a script it'll be for life:D

ED is best, hgh raises your igf-1 to keep those up you need ed, if you take 2 days off they'll drop
