Minor swelling in arm, numbness at night.

I have made some impressive gains and I'm at about +23lbs since I started. Lately however I felt a bit more tightness in my forearms but thinking it was just pumps from working out I've brushed it off. At night and in the early morning though I often wake up and feel like there's a lack of circulation in my left forearm and hand. I give it a shake and try to sleep on my other side and i can feel the feeling return as it feels like blood flowing back in my hand and forearm. This can happen a few times in the night even though i don't sleep that awkwardly on it. I have also had much puffier eyes than normal when i wake up. Nothing extreme but noticeable for sure.

Water retention? Growing too fast for my veins to keep up with proper circulation?

Regardless I'll see a doctor but if anyone has a similar experience I'd like to hear about it.

What is your cycle? Are you using an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) to combat bloat/water gain from aromatization? Numbness in your arms could be a lot of things, most notably carpal tunnel syndrome from repetitive stress injuries. Manual labor for several years gave me that joyful experience.

The cycle that I'm using is prop 200mg EOD. I used adex when I felt my nipples puff a bit but I discontinued it after a few days and I haven't had any problems since besides this. I don't notice much bloat on my body and I'm doing cardio everyday so I figure that keeps it off a bit as well. I'll just go to the appointment with my doctor and most likely discontinue the cycle as I've already reached my goal.

Let us know how it goes! Just be careful talking to your doctor about AAS usage as their notes are available to your insurance company!

I have that all the time since I started to gain weight. Your pecs are pushing on your brachial artery if you are sleeping on your side in the slightest. If you sleep on your back, I don't really know what to tell you, but even the slightest side sleeping can do this.

You've had it last until the morning though? I always wake up the second my arm goes to sleep (whether I want to or not) so I can roll onto my other side. Being a light sleeper sucks. :(

This is what I was thinking with the pumps I've been getting in the gym along with the actual mass. Pressure on the veins in my body that haven't been able to adjust yet. Putting on 5lbs a week of muscle is probably putting a decent strain on my body. I think I'll dial it back a bit.

I tend to wake up from the sensation as well. I'm more aware now of how I'm sleeping. Which is pretty ridiculous.. If I have to be careful now of how my body lays down to avoid cutting off circulation I think it's time to stop.
