Missing a dose.... Feeling better? (TRT)

one way step

Hello all,

So for awhile now I am been trying to do a restart on my TRT due to non-optimal results. I had tried taking 100mg, 125mg, 150mg, 200mg, and 250mg per week. I have been monitoring my e2 with BW from the doctor when I change doses. The lower doses (below 200) would leave me without energy, a sex drive, and fatigued. When I took 200 and above I would feel better but my sex drive wouldn't be ideal.

A few weeks ago I missed a weekly dose (I had taken 250 the week before) and felt pretty good. I didn't have morning wood but had a pretty strong libido (comparatively) and could seemingly get erections at will.

My question is; how could I feel very little in week one but feel great in week 2? You would think that it would make sense for me to take 125mg but for whatever reason that leaves me feeling as described above.

How can I get my routine to be permanently in the "week 2" feel. I know that this goes outside of what is usually recommended for TRT, but for whatever reason this is what is working for me.

Thanks all

Sounds like estradiol is your problem. In week two I am guessing estradiol came down. But without seeing your blood work history I am literally just guessing.

Once per week. I used to do 2x week but the low doses don't do anything for me. For whatever reason my body reacts with a bigger shot (ie, 250mg once per week instead of 125mg 2x)

I took 250mg TEST and 0.25 ADEX last Thursday. My sex drive was decent for a few days (although no morning wood) but then went away.

I went to the endo today (who is only good for scripts and BW) and got my blood drawn. I'm hoping to have those results by the end of the week.

It's unreal how black and white endos can be ("Well it SHOULD be working").

I'm thinking about doing 200mg test every two weeks (all in one shot, no HCG or ADEX) for now, depending on what my BW tells me.

yes sometimes less is better. especially once you have given it time to load. I bet your Free T is really high.

Ugh I wish I had access to better endos. The two I have seen haven't been particularly helpful in my situation. In fact, they've been virtually useless.

The only thing I've really figured out about myself after all this trial and error is that I respond best to one injection every two weeks. Do you think adding HCG would be beneficial or would that just fuck around with e2?
