i was wondering how often do yall change your rutine, because i am at a point that i am not really gaining anymore strength, so i was wondering if i changed up my workuots that would help
alomost certianly. i switch it up about every twelve weeks. and i feel like i'm constantly challenging myself and making gains. like if your routine is slow and focused, change it up to some super sets with higher intensity, or if youre in the 8-12 rep range go heavier in the 3-6 range followed by some flushing higher rep exercises. change is good, as our bodies adapt very well to prevailing conditions.......
