MK-677 water retention has really surprised me.

Since starting the MK-677, the hunger has reduced, but I have noticed the increase in water retention. My strength has also gained which is a good thing!
 
Oh it hasn't been a problem at all, I've already noticed some reduction. This stuff is killer, affordable, and lasts a little while. I'm hooked, and may sample some other suppliers as well, like maybe SarmSearch.
 
rui's stuff is excellent. Stack it with cjc 1295 and you have an affordable, minimal injection, gh protocol with excellent results. Also a low dose daily aspirin regiment will shed that water you are retaining.

Agreed. iv used their ghrp2 and 6 and cjc and sermorelin, igf1 etc and have liked it, cept i dont like having to pin soo damn often, even if its subq, so i plan to try out the cjc with mk677.
Ill be able to pin x2 a week with the cjc and no pinning needed with the mk677! :)
everything i have researched on MK looks promising and people i know using it seem happy so its deff going to be a staple in this game IMO.

I like getting the most 'bang' for my buck with peptides GH and mk677 fits in there

My current protocol is pretty simple...

First thing AM (fasted on waking):
-pin 100mcg each of modGRF 1-29 and ghrp-2 (IM route)
-wait 10mins
-pin 5iu generic GH (also IM)
-eat a light preWO meal (1/2c rice cereal + isolate)

My workout happens to fall in the morning, about 30mins later so the timing is great
-if I was using insulin right now I would pin a few units of humulinR or 'log but instead I've been taking 500mg of metformin and 1 cap of partitionMD
-I drink about 50-100g of carbs + 20-30g EAAs depending on the bodypart that day

Then, pre-bed I take:
- 15mg of MK-677
- 500mg metformin + 1x partitionMD

Done! I'll call it "one and a half" injections in the morning, since I'm pinning twice but very close together...then if it's not an AAS day it's nice to only have to deal with an oral at bedtime

Also finding the ibutamoren is helping me more than a benadryl would in terms of sleep...which is a very nice bonus

You touched on a couple things with mk id like to second. First of all the fact that there is a truy effective, oral GHRp has me thrilled. Second the ancillary benefits it has are excellent as well. The sleep and mild sense of well being etc. mk677 is an excellent addition and can be worked in to this lifestyle many ways effectively. You have come upon a nice method for yourself and i suspect over time we will see and hear more and more about how this compound compliments this lifestyle with its many benefits.

nice layout!

i like kava drink for help with sleep personally. valarian root tea is ok too. i dont like the above you mentioned because i feel like you get less quality sleep and wake up not 100% IMO

Good thread here guys thanks for the info will be looking into trying some MK-677.

Right now I'm using B-12 at 1000mcg per week along with creatine.

Hoping to ad something along those lines that isn't as strong as a steroid type of thing.

Can anybody point me to a regimen or post up some information on how to use it please ?

Hey guys ive been looking at some mk-677 do you really think that its as good as ghrp2 and cjc combo ???? .i dont mind pinning 3 times a day but its the having to wait before and after meals makes it hard if your bulking

i personally love gghrp-2/mod with mk677, was running this recently dropped the peps and a just going with mk677 atm

is it just as good, as far as price /cost effective i would say yeah oretty damn close.

if u havnt tried mk677, try it then u will understand!

Since pretty much everyone ignored my request for more info I dug it up myself.

Around 25mg's ED for around 12 weeks ought to work well.
