Day 9 :Repeat

Not sure if I have enough days off but when training with juice I think I can get a way without over training.

Cardio- 3-4 times a week (swim, pad work, cardio machines) I will be doing about 20 mins.

Supplements 100 percent Whey, Jacked, Xtend, Optimum Opti-Men, Fish Oil.

Side Notes I fractured and herniated a disc a 6 months ago that's one of the reasons I'm only 195. Ive been on the HGH for 2 and half months. I train MMA so I cut weight for fights another reason I don't weight much. I fight at 185 or 205 if I'm 220 then I cut to 205 and when I'm 205 and a fight comes along I cut to 185. Since I hurt my back i won't be fighting this year so I can really MAX out my gains.

Took my first shot yesterday morning 1 CC of TEST and 1 CC of EQ went really smooth. I was messing around on the basketball court when I somehow hurt my neck and couldn't even move :(. Talk about bad luck and what a horrible way to start a cycle. So I'm gonna take the Day off of work/gym. I should be gtg tmmw!

I would mix up the Hyper and Heavy days. As a power-lifter, going heavy constantly puts an enormous strain on the CNS and I can feel the fatigue if I don't take enough time off or train with maximal effort too often. Overall, I like the idea of the split and definitely prefer it over more "traditional" bodybuilding training methods.

You're goals, while great and enough to keep you very motivated, are VERY lofty. A 20lb muscle gain with a 5% body fat loss really equates to a positive swing of 30lbs... Pretty tough to do in a 4 month period. If I were you, I would look to maintain your body fat for the first 8 weeks while packing on quality mass and let the Tren keep you lean for the last 8 weeks. If you are truly 10-12% body fat (which I assume you are because you're not stupid and have been around the block) you are plenty lean for an end of summer into fall bulking cycle. At the end of your cycle, it's going to be Christmas. Does it matter if you have 6% body fat then? Stay lean enough to make a cut in the Spring easy on yourself and pack on mass now.

I like the first 8 week macro break down for bulking, you may even be able to bump it up a little bit if you aren't going the way you want. I would keep it the same for the last 8 weeks and just let the Tren do it's job... Tren makes fat MELT off my body. It's a love hate relationship for me.

Yeah my goals are a little crazy your right but I've always been one to make my goals very high. My diet has always sucked so I'm gonna need you to pick me apart when it comes to that. I figure the first 8 weeks I can gain as much mass as I can without putting on fat then stay there and really lean out.

MilkMan what was your favorite cycle you've done?

First day of the diet is always hard when it comes to eating enough and the right foods. I was hurt yesterday which didn't help at all and I couldn't get to the store to shop. My neck feels much better today so I will hit my day 1 routine and really eat my butt off.

The Tren should lean you out just fine IMO...

My favorite cycle... Test/Tren for sure... 750mg/wk Test and ~400mg/wk Tren. I got so lean and so strong on that cycle. It was only 9 weeks which was kinda a bummer but anymore Tren would have been too much for me. I got bad sides but incredible gains, so it was kinda a love hate.

My least favorite cycle... Test/EQ... 750mg/wk Test and 600mg/wk EQ for 15 weeks. I was disappointed that I really got almost nothing out of the EQ. I ran an additional 6 weeks of Anavar on top of that (with the same Test dose) and feel like I got more out of those 6 weeks then the 15 before.

Diet just needs more whole food IMO... You got the right idea, just keep the shakes to a minimum and you should fair well.

Who's in the Avatar?

Okay so more whole foods. I really appreciate the info guys. I refresh my log more then I'd like to admit so it's nice when I get feedback. I'm gonna add atleast 2 more whole meals.

Milkman I've done a test/eq and didn't like it at all maybe because I was spoiled from the tren. It's like driving a viper and then driving a mustang it just doesn't compair.

That's exactly how I felt and why I advise most against running the strongest compounds immediately.

Something to think about also. If you are an MMA fighter, EQ and Tren are probably not the best compounds to run. They are known for killing wind.

why would EQ kill your wind? It increases RBC which increases Vo2 efficiency.

Increasing aerobic capacity is about the one thing that EQ is actually good for.

That may well be the science behind it and I'm sure you're stating facts. I have experienced a decrease in wind on EQ and have a few people that I know that have experienced similar. If all factors are kept the same and EQ is introduced into the system, I would assume you're right. What I have seen is the additional weight and water I had on me while on EQ resulted in problems with my wind. I never trained specifically for endurance while on gear but these have just been my experiences.

Well i think you kind of said it yourself, the extra water and weight are really the culprit, not the EQ. Even if you have improved oxygen effeciency its not gonna do much good if youre carrying and extra 25lbs around.

Training for endurance and training for size dont really mix well.

You're absolutely right. As a powerlifter, EQ doesn't have much use for me so it was kind of a one and done deal for me. Some people love it, so I figured I would give it a go.

I know Tren kills your cardio but I don't need to work on my cardio right now. I wanna get to about 215-220 and then if I need to I can cut to 205 plus I don't have any fights set up.
