I'm currently 5'9, 135 lbs, and have been in a cutting phase for quite some time. My current workout is four days of intense weight training and 30 minutes of cardio after training. I am on a 1,450 a day calorie diet that looks somethig like this:
Meal 1: 3/4 cup All Bran, 1 medium apple, 1 scoop whey
Meal 2: (pre workout) 1/2 cup oats 1 scoop whey
(post workout) 1 scoop whey
Meal 3: 4 oz. chicken 1 cup broccoli 1 cup brown rice
Meal 4: 4 oz. lettuce 4 oz. chicken 1/2 green pepper 2 tbsp. rasberry vinegarette
These meals are strict Monday through Saturday with a cheat day on Sunday kept around 3000 calories.
During the week, even dropping to about 1400 doesn't seem to work, so how much more cardio do I need to do, and when would be the best time with my current scheduele?
