More Cardio???

I'm currently 5'9, 135 lbs, and have been in a cutting phase for quite some time. My current workout is four days of intense weight training and 30 minutes of cardio after training. I am on a 1,450 a day calorie diet that looks somethig like this:

Meal 1: 3/4 cup All Bran, 1 medium apple, 1 scoop whey
Meal 2: (pre workout) 1/2 cup oats 1 scoop whey
(post workout) 1 scoop whey
Meal 3: 4 oz. chicken 1 cup broccoli 1 cup brown rice
Meal 4: 4 oz. lettuce 4 oz. chicken 1/2 green pepper 2 tbsp. rasberry vinegarette

These meals are strict Monday through Saturday with a cheat day on Sunday kept around 3000 calories.

During the week, even dropping to about 1400 doesn't seem to work, so how much more cardio do I need to do, and when would be the best time with my current scheduele?

What is the deal here? I told my girl here all about this board and insisted that she get on here and do her own research and posting. Why isn't anyone answering her questions? I have always gotten good feedback from this board, are the ladies on here not as helpful as the guys? I read the posts in this forum all the time and I keep seeing the same things over and over, guys posting for thier girls and you ladies telling them to get the girls on here to ask thier own questions. carljaxx005 has posted 2 questions in this forum now and has gotten no responses. Would she get more help in the guys forum? I just wanted to get some different perspective for her from my own. We woukd really appreciate some input if anyone out there has the time.
 
Hey ladies, sorry to be giving you flack I just realized this was posted in the diet forum and not in the women's forum. Please forgive me. Maybe someone could move this one over for us.

Have you tried working out on an empty stomach? I would do that when i wanted to cut bodyfat and it worked awesome for me. You could take some BCAA's before to help spare lean muscle tissue. But I'd say workout on an empty stomach first thing in the morning to help you break your plateau.

Wow your going to get some help after that.....Not all of us are on here ALL the time. We have to pick and choose because of time constrants.

Well Dirk thanks for taking the time to read what I posted and then taking the time to respond to my post with negativity. If you have time to criticize then why not give some input? I was only questioning why we weren't getting any responses after 5 days. I see other questions that are only 1 day old with multiple responses. I was wondering if being new to this board was a problem. Or maybe the question was poorly stated or maybe the title wasn't catchy enough. I am not trying to get up in anyone's face here.
 
Depends what your main goal is. If you want to shed more weight I'd do cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach with and ECA stack rather than post-weights. If you want to put on some weight but keep your cardiovascular health benefits, I'd stick to what I suggested above and also add a high glycemic drink to your post protein shake. For example 40g of dextrose, 40g of maltodextrin and 25 grams of protein powder.

You are one of those guys who makes a wrong move on the freeway and then when I honk at you, you flip me the bird. Then when I follow you at high speeds for 47 mi to your house you get out and run inside like a little girl and call the police. Telephone Tough Guys I call em'. Why are you taking this so personally anyway I never asked you specifically why you weren't responding to my girls post. I have never even read any of your posts, so why would I care if you had anything to say or not? It's too bad that a mod on this board has to get so upset and childish as to flip someone the bird for no reason. If this is how you got so many posts then I can see why you are a mod. Perhaps someone is a little Testy!! Would it make you feel better if I said I was sorry?
 
Take out the complete cheat day and have 2 cheat meals

3,000 kcals is to much for her---

Increase her cardio to 5x/ week @ 35 minutes

This will get her started.
