Most important supps when on cycle

This is a loaded question. I would hazard a guess and say protein, because gear is going to allow you to do more with protein, but if you don't have enough, it can only do so much.

After that, it would depend on if you have any orals. If so, I would add some n-acetyl cysteine, and/or calcium d-glucarate. I have no idea why people think milk thistle is that effective, compared to those two I just mentioned, taking milk thistle is just pissing your money away.

Obviously, you want to make sure you're getting all your nutrients, you don't want to have some kind of deficiency that takes away from the effectiveness of your gear.

And, not that it's a supplement you buy, but getting enough sleep is huge.

That's about as much as I think can be answered on a question that is pretty much difficult to answer.

Protein, micronutrients, liver protectors, sleep.

what about hawthorne berry extract for blood pressure:dunno: (dont know much about gear myself, but im pretty sure thats a commonly recommended cycle supp)

and also I would assume something relating to LDL/HDL:dunno:

Damn, sua, puttin' me to work... I'm not familiar enough with hawthorne berry extract, but here is another place where taurine comes in handy, as it can help with blood pressure.

Ldl/hdl ratio...I'm still not sold on this. However, take some tmg (betaine) for your heart and if you really want to get into that whole ratio thingy, look into nicotinic acid (niaspan I believe). But I think you'd be just fine with a few grams of tmg.

cool...like i said, im not real familiar with gear, but i know it can, or does, raise blood pressure, and im pretty sure it drastically lowers good chol and raises bad chol. Figured id mention it.

Yeah, but if you went with a "what do I NEED" vs. "what would be nice to have", I think you are stuck at what I originally stated.

If you plan to be on gear for a few years, sure, look into the other stuff, but if you plan on a cycle or two per year, then I think the body will have enough time to recover, the liver especially.

^^^^i agree with the above post...i also am a firm believer in celery seed extract on account of it actually signifigantly lowering my BP.

Protein synthesis is increased so much it's above all! But I think this sums it up well.
