I rec you send them an email, Im not sure why you would post this here. this is not their forum. send them an email and ask.
I have never had a problem with them.

they did not send me a confirmation or anything when i bought through the sale. it just magically showed up one day. i was surprised because i was expecting my PCT (got a tracking no.) and opened it to find my BOGO hella.

don't worry too much. they will come thru. I've placed many orders with them and they always do it right.

if you're really concerned send them an email.

I think that they had such a tremendous response to their bogo sale that they got a little behind. I've never had any issues and I have a ton of their stuff.
