MSM (helps alleviate joint pain)

(a natural form of Sulfur NOT sulpha)
Seems not everyone understands the benefits of this product, I find myself answering posts constantly about joint pains and MSM. SO here is the information incase anyone has missed any previous posts.
Sulfonyl sulfur, occurs naturally in ALL foods such as plants, meats, dairy products, high amounts are found especially in broccoli but most of its nutrients are lost in processing such as steaming, washing, and drying, hence why most people are deficient if this water soluble mineral. Taken with ascorbic acid (true Vit. C),will enhance absorbability
MSM is beneficial for,
#1 Sore Joints & Muscles*** inhibits muscle spasms, analgesic & anti-inflammatory, helps rebuild Synovial Fluid (lubrication and cushion in your joints)
#2 Wrinkles/Damaged Skin/Scar Tissue increases tissue flexibility, blood flow it helps rebuild soft tissue
#3 Diabetes helps regulate insulin levels…
Speeds wound healing and musculoskeletal injuries, arthritis, acne, helps maintain liver health. Helps relieve headaches, carpal tunnel syndrome, fibromyalgia, tendonitis, bursitis, muscle soreness, athletic injuries, back pain, allergies to foods & pollens.
You will also notice smoother skin, thicker hair, harder nails (in which will grow faster)
To achieve ANY of these results you must take it twice a day and consistently for atleast a month, and honestly, every single day then on.
I can testify to all of this, I myself have a torn rotator cuff and have dodged surgery for years.
I compete so I can not afford any downtime. A Few months ago (after I stopped taking MSM about a week) I couldn’t lift my shoulder laterally more than 6 inches! I started back on MSM and took about 9-12 Grams a day, and the pain was gone. Now don’t go and start with high doses, you WILL have diarrhea (because most people are deficient)
You have to understand I have been using this over a year now, and it is already in my system. I can not stress enough how beneficial this is for anyone and everyone! Especially body builders.
