What are your guys feelings on Multi Joint exercises (squats,deads,db rows,dips etc.) compared to Isolation Exercises (db curls, leg press, machine rows, etc.) in use for building muscle the quickest?

well, for along damn time i used to think the latter, but afte last year and growing like a weed from low volume compound training, i see differently now
