Is it better to take the supplement with food...like most people say or would it be better to take it on an empty stomach for better absorbtion?

Why do you suppose "most people say it would be better" to take with food? Why would you go against what "most people" say.

Yes . . .with food

why would you go with what "most people" say. "Most people" think ON 100% whey is 4x more anabolic than testosterone, you must completely fatigue a muscle, hit it from every angle, feel the burn, and get a good pump in order to grow, milk is good for you, and glutamine and NO2 make you hyooooge. "Most people" are fucking retards.

:laugh3:

With a meal is best overall for a multivitamin. However, minerals are best absorbed on an empty stomach so I also take some extra calcium/magnesium at bedtime on an empty stomach to make sure I'm solid.

Multivitamins with food makes for better absorbtion otherwise most of the vitamins simply are flushed out of your system--mountain dew looking urine. The jury is still out on whether minerals are better absorbed on an empty stomach or with food, since I am always eating I tend to take vitamin supplements with food.

I buy ON because it mixes well and maybe you need to spend less time training the special olympic kids because "most people" I train with are NOT retards and give solid advice as opposed to rambling on about whey protein being more anabolic than test

that has nothing to do with what i said. "most people" are generally misinformed is the point i was trying to get across...meaning you cant make a decision based on what "most people" think, or think they know. Im not just talking about nutritional supplements, either.
