Muscle Gain Formula?

I've been checking out Trueprotein.com & Proteinfactory.com and was wondering what combinations have you guys put together? Right now my PWO shake consists of:

40g whey (Amplify)
45g oat bran (Now Foods)
Tbsp Smuckers Natural Peanut Butter
12oz 1%milk

I looking to add whey isolate into the mix....
 
no fat pwo.

for PWO, i use:
50g waxy maize
5g BCAA
5g taurine
2g CEE

15 minutes later
30-40g WPI
50g carbs (white potato, white rice, grits, bagel, etc) i also get some fructose in here.

you just as easily eat a regular low fat, high protein, high carb meal PWO. Its not that big a deal. Sometimes this is what i do.

i usually do something like 2 banannas before workout or 16oz of applejuice
then post workout i do 40-60grams protein and 80-100 carbs
lately been trying out TP's waxy maize starch for post w/o + pro shake
i really like TPs products
