14lbs in 5 weeks? Shoot, that's great! I used to 247lbs (fat) mostly. I lost that or most of it. I had a hard time eating again so I know for a while I was not eating right. I feel good about protien intake now. I not afraid of working hard, at first I was working to much I think. I go two days on one off then three days on one off.....All I want is to gain a little size and hav other things work a little better or more like it used to be. I refuse to grow old gracefully.......thanks to all, I apprecite your time
