muscle growth post cycle.

Putting some thought into whats possible after cycle.. is it possible to gain mucle/strength after steroids. If so, how long after can you start gaining... and/or how long do you lose gains from that cycle for?

if you eat the same after the majority of your size gains will remain and a reasonable portion of the strength, its important to not be discouraged if you have strength loss and to continue working out hard with a lower weight

Okay, thats understandable.. but now, can you gain muscle or size once off cycle? Or remain the same? Do youbhave to continue cycling. Sorry for the lack of knowledge
 
I think using a creatine product during pct helps tremendously with maintaining muscle volume. To answer your question, you can absolutely gain muscle while off cycle. I would eat a bit more or the same as you did on cycle. Be consistent, avoid booze and you should be progressing every week in the gym. Diet is more important than anything you do period. If you dont have your diet in check, you might as well not be training.
