Muscle Memory

Omniscient!
I have been out of the heavy lifting action for 2 years now. still hit the gym 2 times a week to keep from getting completely sloppy....

But after 2 months of getting back into ti, my body feels great...I have been running the 5X5 for 2 months, and I am back to where I was at 2 years ago. Muscle memory is fantastic. As well as the 5X5. I feel the 5X5 is great for someone who is getting back into it after doing it for so long. The muscle was just beging to be bhit the way it used to be. And at 38, it needs it...

i am planning on hitting soime USAPL meets again in Ohio later this year. And no flames for the USAPL alright....LOL....

This site helps no metter where you start, leave, or come back from...

even for isolation exercises ????

WHY NOT...ISOLATION IS JUST THE FOCUS ON ONE PARTICULR PART CORRECT? UNL;ESS YOU ARE TRYING TO DEFINE THE AREA MORE AS PER SAY A BODY BUILDER, THEN YOU WOULD NEED MORE REPS....I CANT SEE WHY YOU COULD NOT ISOLATE AND GO HEAVY TO STIMULATE THE AREA YOU ARE WORKING BETTER AND MAINTAIN A GOOD WEIGHT AND KEEP THE REPS..OF COURSE YOU MAY NEED TO BUMP THE WEIGHT DOWN SINCE YOU ARE ISOLATING, BUT MUSCLE STIMULATION CAN STILL BE DONE..MY .02
