muscle spasms

How do you know it's from the juice? Did you get a real good back workout in lately? Sometimes that will do it.
 
i always get them on back days when i do hyper extensions, but latly on leg day and chest day i get un bearable back spasms
 
Sounds like your back is getting fatigued.... Keep tying to strengthen it. Might be your weakest link.
 
I have exactly the same thing..and im on Test/Dbol and now Test/Winstrol

definitely linked to the juice but also i agree with the guys if your back is a weak spot it will excentuate the problem. My lower back is definitely a weak area...so started doing dead lifts, hyper extensions, and good morning exercises.....has helped.

i have also started supplimenting with Taurine. I read it helps.
 
Try deads at 245lbs, fixes my lower back problems :)
Maybe wear a belt on your final set, specially if you lift heavy.
Add more core work into your training program to strengthen it up more.
even on cheat days and shoulders .... my back tends to arch itself when im on final set, which is why belt owns :)
