Hey peeps am probably reading way too much into this sort of stuff but its got me confused over the last couple of days...
Anyways... I am bodybuilder not pro or anything just love training for muscle mass/hyperthropy and considering competitions when am a little older but for now just training hard and lifting heavy. I am not quite sure what's the best fibres to hit for this and/or whether am training in the right way to achieve my goals! I am just training you basic routine benching etc, adding weight after periods of time with the same reps as before 8-12
Any information on this would be great, and too many this seems dumb and might even not be contecting into my type of training. Cheers
