Mutation/ Wart from syringe

2 years ago on my very first pin, I stabbed myself in the finger with a syringe full of test. I had this wart or mutation or whatever it is on my finger for years. Very noticeable that people some times pointed it out when talking to me. Today I noticed it was gone completely, no signs of scarring or anything, just smooth skin.

Anyone know what caused this mutation on my finger when I stabbed my finger with needle and syringe full of test?

Well it was my first pin. I drew the test with an 18, switched to a 25 for injection and stabbed myself in finger when taking the cap off.
