Day 5 of keto
So mid morning (3am), I woke up with mad sweats even though it was -5deg celsius through the night, and had no choice but to throw my guts up all over the place.
went back to bed around 4 for an hour and woke up at 5am to go to work with the same ordeal, I was shivering and sweating at same time, running to toilet to throw up once more. The whole day I've really really struggled to eat my meals. Finding my appetite to get Lower and lower each day. I am told that this is something that happens on keto (loss of appetite more so), which I'm hoping really doesn't effect my strength tonight when I push through and weight train.
I'm guessing night sweats will be the tren, sleep is getting alot better now though.
This weekend will be massive 2 Days of intense cardio. Overall I can already see a difference in my body, especially around the waist... Good shit.
Tonight I will be pinning hgh, tren and prop once again, see how this weekend goes.
