My blood test results- Input appreciated

Hi everyone - recently had my blood levels and testosterone done but I didn't get my estradiol done.

I am currently running 200mg of test E per week on a cruise and 0.25mg arimidex twice a week.

My AST and ALT levels were high, which is unusual as I don't drink, take medication or any orals.. I was reading up on the internet that intense weight training can lead to these levels to be elevated, although the doctor under normal ignorant circumstances told me that my high testosterone has caused liver failure!

So I came here for you guys to chime in and help me out - I will attach a picture of my testosterone and my other results and let me know what you think to the testosterone levels also at 200mg.

Thanks people

I know, I just took the results and walked out. Knew I could get a more intelligent response online. After researching a lot it seems muscle damage caused high levels of ALT and AST. I can't see any other reason they would be raised as lifestyle is very good.

The conversion of that testosterone is 1395ngl by the way for those who have different units of measurement

Try switching to exemstane. Adex can have an effect on liver values. Don't know that .5mg a week will do that but try and see. Also add some Tudca or Liv52 as a supplement

give me a list of all supplements you are taking

also all medication.. even tynenol or advil!

any rec drug use

and tell me how many grams of protein are you taking?

how much water do you drink??how muchwater did you drink the day before and day of the test?

your levels are high but there are numerous reasons why that can happen

Not sure why you went to the doctor for blood work when on a controlled substance. Now there's a record of you abusing (their term, not mine) hormones - so best of luck when it comes time to go on legit TRT.

Judging by your urea, you were dehydrated, so most of those numbers are irrelevant, unless you see them consistently come back high.

Bilirubin is fine, so any doctor with more than 3 brain cells should know better than decrying liver failure. There are liver toxic items all around us man - anti-inflammatory drugs to certain cough medicines and supplements can often trigger such a reaction. I don't believe you're seeing an exercise induced response due to how high your AST and ALT are.

As 3J mentioned, I'd look at supps/drugs/even food/alcohol.

My .02c :)

Hey, I take multi, fish oil and a probiotic, pre workout, whey and creatine I eat around 380g protein at 220lbs.. I don't take any recreational drugs apart from the occasional diazepam for anxiety maybe once a week, no other drugs or alcohol. I drink about 8-9 litres of water throughout the day I would say due to the hot weather, I was fairly hydrated I think I remember drinking quite a bit of water beforehand.

I don't know if this makes a difference, but I Was NOT fasted for the blood test, I had eaten a meal beforehand and drank a coffee, the doctor said there was no need to fast which I thought was unusual as I normally would fast for 10 hours
Thanks

Hey bud thanks for your response, yeah it was probably a silly idea but luckily I'm only visiting this country for a few months. I just wanted to be safe and get a health check up as I've been on for a while.

I'll have a look at some liver support supps too
