my body fat percentage please

Curious on my body fat percentage I am on week 14 of my cut, and went from 225 down to 195
Lost some mass during the process of my cut, but wondering on my bf percent and should I keep cutting was only planning on doing 16 weeks but if u guys Hinkle I should still cut then I will

what are you goals and expectations from the cut? That really decides everything. I find many times after a cut that you are not happy with what you are left with, and want to pack on more muscle. That being said, if you want to cut up and not really concerned with carrying a ton of mass, then you most def. have some more weight that you can drop
 
Just wanted to shrink the waste line and loose some excess bf during my bbulking phase I packed on a lot of excess fat due to at times doing a dirty bilking and eating like a mad man, started to get a lot of back fat so I decided to cut for 16 weeks and drop the cals down to 2600 a day, high protein, high fat, low carbs, but don't wanna shrink down to much or loose anymore mass I already have, I have a set plan to keep a strict bulk diet plan as well bumping up my cals to 3600 40/40/20, 360g p, 360g c, 80g f, and hopefully don't put to much fat on during the process l
Lost about half an inch on my arms, luckily Enough I got 3 weeks left on this cut
My cut ddiet was set at 270g protein, 150g carb, 110g fats

17-18% would be my guess. Finding a bod pod assessment center is pretty easy in most cities if you want an exact figure.

You have any pre-cut pics? what supps are you currently on? I think you're at a good point right now to continue in either direction. If you only have a couple weeks left there's nothing wrong with staying the course, drop 5-10lbs, see what happens.

You could go either way imo. A leaner body is more anabolic, but bulking is more fun. As I'm slightly higher than you in body fat - I'd be a hypocrite if I told you to bulk as I'm still on a deficit. I think it really has to do with what your goals are and how you can fit in your diet with your current schedule.
 
Yeah like I said was bbulking like lee priest lol, this time around going on a strict bulk lol, put on a lot of fat as u can see
That was 2 weeks prior to my cut, I was 235 in those pics
Highest was 247, and for 2 to 3 months was just eating a lot, extremely a lot and wasn't weighing nothing or counting cals lol

I am cruising right Now for the last 12 week's on 200mg a week test c, and running for the last 4 weeks 12mg ed albuterol
 
the problem is that you have very little muscle bro. the pics when you're 235 vs when you're 195 your delts/arms/chest look the exact same size. you need to work on building quality muscle, instead of just eating everything possible. weight is irrelevant unless you need to be a certain weight for some type of competition. body composition is more important. eat good quality foods and adjust your lifting routine. id like to take a look at your lifting routine, id be willing to guess it needs adjusted.
 
Yeah I agree, wasn't eating good man, I was not tracking nothing when I was bulking and it showed, now that I have been on this cut, I feel a lot better, when I do bulk back up I am staying strict on my bulk diet, and go for some lean associated gains this time around
 
Plus the fact I have only been going at it for 2 years now, I hit the gym before in my early 20s but soon gave up and drank instead, quit drinking a few years ago and now just going hard in the gym, if u look at my pics when I first started I came along way bro, but now I am finally getting my dirt in order and just cutting some bf before I begin to add more cals and do it the proper way instead of dirty ass bulking, got nowhere doin that except my strength was awesome that's about it, plus the fact I have been back down on 200mg a weeks since the cut 14 weeks ago, got another few weeks to go then blast some tren and go for a leanerbulk
