My body is 36, Im 18--need help at the crossroads

Hello brothers,

Its been a while, and ive had A LOT going on. Baby on the way, new job, remodeling--Just when I was ready to hit it hard--(coming back from shoulder injury/ 3-4 month layoff.) Its hard to know who to trust--Shoulder was nagging the SHIT out of me. Ultrasound, e-stim, ice, rest, etc ...(from chiropractor)laid off 3plus mos....Prelim exam from M.D. said probably just inflamed. So I got an MRI on my own because I was worried about rotator cuff. No rotator cuff issues they say---but tell me "Arthrosis"..oh, and there is a cyst on the head of my humerus--but its nothing to worry about.

So instead of hitting the ground running, ive been about four weeks of slowly methodically working up , balance, hip stabiltiy, all that shit--Eeeeeasing that shoulder back into work.

*************Im running EQ 1mg per wk with 125 mgs Sustanon**********(for about 7 weeks now)


*************** For about 3-4 weeks, been running 2 i.u.'s of hgh (Chinese)********

laid off the gh for about 4-5 days now cause I was like Pacino in GF III fallin out with a diabetes attack, slurring words for a baby ruth and a glass of o.j. from a priest/(dr.) who doesnt give a shit.

Gonna start the GH again in the morning, but here is the thing----


Shoulder is getting better, but still feel it some--So whats to come with heavy deadlifts, shoulder press etc?

I did a lot of Deadlift / Squat last time--- A LOT....and it made me gain weight/ actually made my waist thicker..but i didnt mind; I was coming off of yet another battle in life where I had been emaciated for some time--down to 146 from walking around at 170....trouble getting back to/maintaining 165---(evil woman)

I got up to 198-200....I have big legs, defined, but relatively thin/skinny arms....still, looking pretty good...

Now...With all the latest, Firstly--being around all that estrogen or the stress of everything was Fkn with my Dick.

So, I figured, a low dose of T coupled with the gh to give me a boost while rehabbing the shoulder (increasing collagen synthesis)

Now Im ranging from 200-205 and 21% bf!!

I dont look terrible--but im worried about becoming "1950's in shape guy" (where you flex w/shirt off, then it all falls down with exhale)

Also----It seems my Dick is offline---

this could be from stress of all thats on me...but my nuts have definitely decreased.

*******I was planning on running the low dose T (125 mgs/wk) for 20 weeks--(Since a 10 c bottle will give me that)


Should I stay on that course? 1/2 cc /wk (125 mgs sus 250) , 1 cc EQ, 2 i.u.'s hgh q 5 days

Is it time to implement pct, time to implement hcg?

I have noticed some slimming of the midsection, but man--even a year or so ago...I didnt even have to factor diet...I just workout, and within 4-6 wks....BOOM!! like Andrew Dice Clay "One workout and it all comes back....Muscle has memory"

Now Im holding at 200 for a few weeks, then up to 204 the other day...

Im starting to focus more on diet, but where do I go from here with the rest of it guys?

Dont believe docs who basically just say "your shoulders worn out"

I dont believe in slowing down too much--you know...the tip of the spear has to be sharp.

So do i need to hit the gas harder ( more gear, different routine etc), or turn the wheel (Im doing something wrong?)

Hope the post wasnt too long--(why i tried to make a few entertaining points) but dont know how else to tell it.

Where do you think I should go from here?
 
start your post cycle therapy (pct). you're really young to be running anything. you're 18 with a baby on the way looking for a job and using your money on HGH and test? (lucky you i still cant afford HGH haha) lay off everything until you're a bit older. ease into things and dont over do it. patience.

oh the wording was confusing haha. when it said im 18 i took that literally. my bad

most would say cut down body fat below 15% before cycling. i would say still start the pct lay off everything a bit lean up focus on your diet and once you feel more comfortable with your diet and you're getting some results naturally you will know how to tweak it some to your advantage. at that point it may be a better start for running a cycle.

and about being offline. stressing about it i believe can actually make it worse. not sure how to take your mind of it but hopefully after proper pct you will recover and be back to normal
 
yeah I had it backwards too 36/18...

"cyst on the head of my humerus" I honesty have no experience with that. Id say Google man.
 
Im leaning up---look better than before even as i write this (still not where i need to be but..) Started cycle because figured being around preggo wife was lowering my T--and google that--that shit is real!! kooky...

Anyway, also because i know ill be the devils son in law if Im at the gym as much once baby is born--already pointing in the wrong direction as far as bf% etc--so i figured best to avoid a bigger downhill slope once baby is born.

Should I go ahead and run some hcg/clomid??

what abt the 20 weeks 1/2 c.c. test plan?? good or bad?
