growing and growing
im always in a rush in the morning so i came up with this.

7 eggs
1 bannana
10 ounces oj
1 cup oatmeal


blend it and slam it. it sounds grose but i love it.
 
Actually it does not sound gross, try freezing it and then blending it. It would make a good frozen drink. I would skip the peanut butter though it does not go well with the other flavors.

sound good ,,the only thing i would change is 7 whole eggs,,maybe 7 egg whites,,,i think i might try this now
 
Sorry if this is a dumb question so you can tell if it does have salminila by smell and look? trying to boost my knowledge up people lol.

You drink raw eggs???
Maybe everyone is diffirent but once I did this and ended up having the shits for 2 days!!!

This was probably b/c it was so many eggs (7).....I can imagine that that many would do something abnormal to the digestive system. I can handle about two whole eggs raw in a shake in makes the shakes consistency lighter and fluffier (s/p?). If blendended well the eggs really "make" the shake.

2 scoops of On Whey Protein

1 cup skim milk

1 cup oats

1 tbls Flax Oil

1/2 of a Power Bar

1/2 bananna

1 tbls peanut butter

4 egg whites
