meal 1:Chicken breast with 2 baked.

meal 2:white rice/Chicken breast with lettuce/tomato (salad).

meal 3: ( befor work out) dextrose/water with 3 baked patateo.

meal 4:Salad with slice chicken breast or tuna 2 cans.

meal 5:White rice with steamed veggie with chicken breast.

Other add on's
frozen veggie's

All that chicken is great man, but shit...how can you eat so much chicken......how about the other white meat? Steak....hamburger?????Id definitley toss a mix in there because you are gonna get sick of that real quick. Protein shakes are great too.....and shit man, cut back on teh baked potatoes.....just my opinion.......
 
Well man that was just my opinion. I picture myself doing it and give you what i think based on that......if thats whats working for you, go for it bro.
