Ok guys i've been working on this for like two days lol, i'm feeling pretty confident in what i've come up with, but i'd like some "Professional" Opinions.
I'm 6'2, 220, 24 years old
BMR = 2200
2200 x 1.6 = 3500 (I do insanity, lift weights, and work a job where I walk around.. not a lot but always on my feet.) I'm assuming 1.6 is a good number.
My goal is to lose 2lb a week or more, therefore I am subtracting 1k from 3500 because 500 cal deficit - 1 lb blah blah i'm sure you know all of that..
THEREFORE my total daily calories is going to be 2500.
Now, i've done some research and I understand that a 50/30/20 split is great for cutting. (P/C/F)
2500 calories at a 50/30/20 split turns out to be:
312g protein 187g carbs 55g fats
SO... my question for you is, did I do all of this correctly? Is there ANYTHING I missed? Please, I want abs so bad I am trying my hardest to get this perfect.
Thanks in advance for your replies/advice.
