MY CYCLE..{Deca Test E}With weekly Updates and Training progress!NOVICE.. Plz comment

HI EVERYONE...
I'm going to be doing my 3rd cycle, will be posting results and progress through out my course.. ALL is WELCOME to comment and give advice.. Always learning... I have been training on/off 4 years bt only realy started taking it serious past two years..

25yrs old
Approx 15% bodyfat
Aim: Approx 14lbs of QUALITY muscle...

I will be starting 8th DEC 2008
MY CYCLE
weeks 1-8 Deca 300mg
weeks 1-10 Test E 500mg (Mon 250mg Thurs 250mg)
weeks 8-12 winstrol 25mg ED
weeks 1-12 HCG 400i.u's (Mon 200ui's Thurs 200iu's)

PCT
weeks 13-15 clomid (150mg 1day) 50mg ED

TRAINING
Mon Chest/Tris
Tues Legs/abs
Wed REST
Thurs Back/Bi's
Fri Shoulders/traps
Sat REST
Sun Cardio/abs

Way i always trained is 3-4 excerises per muscle 3 sets light to heavey last set aiming for 8 or more. I do try and change some excerises after 5-6weeks. Never do much cardio.. Hope to in this cycle to aid fat burning..

DIET
I havent worked out exact amounts... but i estimate i will be eating approx
300-350g Protein
900-1000g Carbs
100-120g Fats
split in 5-6 meals 1-2 snacks 2-3 shakes.

My worry is controlling estrogen levels in the past i have put on a lot of water but then again dont think i suffered any real serious gyno problems...

I will be posting my progress throughout the weeks when i can...

you can run deca 1-10 and increase the take to 400mg. it have to be suffisent.
hcg if it need... start a most week 7 to 12 just before PCT then clomid.

drink a lot of water. 2/3 galon per day. with workout
and 1/2 day off.

the amount of your diet seems good. the rest is OK
 
Do you mean start HCG in weeks 7-12?

Yes. and also. IF IN NEED OF...

to take on HPTA fonction is GOOD when HPTA need to take care of.

So before the 7 weeks, is relay unlikely than you could have any sides that need hcg.

But to prevent to start that way could be good.
 
Day one had my Doses 300mg Deca and 250 Test E..
Reason why my deca is low is previously, i have taken 200mg i get bloated and retain alot water..
I think i will change Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) program and start in later in the cycle.. kane Red machines comments seem logical no piont taking Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) till i need to.. Keeping risk low..
Training was standard today
Flat Dumbell press, did 8 reps at 30kg (72s)
Incline Chess Press, 8 reps at 25kg aside.
Decline Press 10 reps on 25kg aside..
Flys.. Normally i do about ten push ups Struggled to 4
Then Tris close grip Bench press skull crushers and Dips..
Really looking forward to tomorrows training!!!

Yesterday was Busy couldnt get to the computer.. Eating good at the moment leg train was ok.
Squated 115kg 8 reps..
today was rest... tomorrow Back bis
 
ok its been a 1week... Doses 300mg deca 250 test
Its kicked in..
i trying weights that i cant do..
Today was chest and tri's
i managed to increase weight from last week lifted 78lbs Bumbell press and that was it job done i could do Incline so did it light did decline and flys..
weight 191lbs
i think its water...
