My Cycle. yes another first cycle.

Hey guys. New to the forum. Been lurking around for a long time.

Im a 24 y.o guy, been working out 7-8 years, 4 years seriously and dedicated.
About 12% bodyfat, cutting down to single digits.
Im planning to start my cycle in 2-3 weeks.
My plan Is 250 mg Test E once a week.
The reason Ive chosen this Is Im not in a hurry. Im not out to gain the most possible amount of mass In the shortest period possible. Im in it for the long run. Ive Come to the understanding that 100 mgs a week Is a TRT dose , correct me If im wrong.
And I Will have nolvadex as pct.
My nutrition Is on point and i plan to eat about +30 of my TDEE which is 5k calories.
Ive read up on the FAQ's all around.

But my questions Is:
Should I stop and take a break after 10 weeks? Or should I run 30 weeks no break?
Will I expect any sides from this dosage? Agression? Balls shrinks?
Will my ADHD affect this In any way?
Is it smart to have a form of antipressants PCT?
Should I tell my doctor?
Will my sleep be affected?
Training volume remains the same or should I add some sets x muscle Group?
Im doing bodybuilding high volume(for me atleast) 5-6 days a week and cardio 2-3 times a week.
Eating +30 over my TDEE, should I have 1 day where Im under my TDEE to minimize fat gain? My guess is no..

I don't have answers to all your questions however 100mg-200mg is a TRT dose, as Testosterone effects everyone differently. What puts me at a Test level of 1000, may put someone else at 600. 250mg is too low of a dose if you're talking about cycling, and not worth shutting down your system form. You need to read up more before cycling. You do not have HCG included in your cycle, I don't see an Aromatase Inhibitor for controlling estrogen, and you should have Clomid and Tamoxifen (Nolvadex) included in your PCT. You also need to know how long after your cycle to start PCT, and when to run HCG until. 30 weeks is too long for a cycle. 12 weeks is a decent time for a first cycle.

Getting to the main point though, you should wait. Your body internally is still developing. You may severely damage yourself, and never fully recover from your cycle, and this could lead to needing to be on TRT. You should wait AT LEAST until you turn 25.
 
I agree. You need an AI, HCG would be a good choice, and a test only cycle usually goes at 250 mg twice a week not once. Clomid will also be needed as Havasu stated.

Ive chosen to go Trough with this. Even though I appreaciate and respect your opinions very much. I dont do It for any one else but me.
I Will get Clomid and HCG.

But Ive read alot of respected guys in the fitness industry that says when your on you should stay on rest of your life. With proper PCT - Nolvadex , Clomid and HCG will I eventually lose all my gains?
Does It happen that you see people that only does one cycle?

The reasons/logic behind my dose Is If im just above whats considered high natural test , when I do come off Its easier to recover properly. Less is more and so on..
And the logic of wanting to do it long term Is for the body to adapt to the muscle mass and create a new set point.

Am I completely off here?
 
By all of what you say, you have no business going forward at this time because you have no education with aas. Do more research and study. Ask more basic questions. Read all the stickys as you came in. Learn about Estrogen n prolactin. More about Trt etc... cycle durations. Hold off until you know much more

HPTA shut down is shut down regardless of whether or not you take 250mg/week or 500mg/week. Think of it as an On/Off switch. It isn't a Dimmer Switch. If your HPTA senses that your body has enough testosterone in it, it stops producing its own. Period. How do you figure "less is more" in this case?

You haven't even run your first cycle, yet somehow you are supposed to know if you want to be Blasting and Cruising for the rest of your life? What will you do when you travel by plane? Want to have children? Have you thought through how you will explain this to your spouse? What if you change your mind three years from now -- think you can just unring the bell?

No offense, you are completely off on this. You have a lot more to learn. But am am glad you are here asking these questions. This is the right place to learn. But you need to want to learn and have an open mind. Not preconceived notions and flawed logic about how the HPTA feedback loop works.
