Im a 24 y.o guy, been working out 7-8 years, 4 years seriously and dedicated.
About 12% bodyfat, cutting down to single digits.
Im planning to start my cycle in 2-3 weeks.
My plan Is 250 mg Test E once a week.
The reason Ive chosen this Is Im not in a hurry. Im not out to gain the most possible amount of mass In the shortest period possible. Im in it for the long run. Ive Come to the understanding that 100 mgs a week Is a TRT dose , correct me If im wrong.
And I Will have nolvadex as pct.
My nutrition Is on point and i plan to eat about +30 of my TDEE which is 5k calories.
Ive read up on the FAQ's all around.
But my questions Is:
Should I stop and take a break after 10 weeks? Or should I run 30 weeks no break?
Will I expect any sides from this dosage? Agression? Balls shrinks?
Will my ADHD affect this In any way?
Is it smart to have a form of antipressants PCT?
Should I tell my doctor?
Will my sleep be affected?
Training volume remains the same or should I add some sets x muscle Group?
Im doing bodybuilding high volume(for me atleast) 5-6 days a week and cardio 2-3 times a week.
Eating +30 over my TDEE, should I have 1 day where Im under my TDEE to minimize fat gain? My guess is no..
