Guys obviously his numbers are how many times he is going to pin. Let me put it into a more constructive layout.

Week 1: Monday - 4 pins, Tuesday - 4 pins, Wednesday - 4 pins, Thursday - 4 pins, Friday - 4 pins, Saturday - 4 pins, Sunday - 5 pins? 29pins Total

And so on. His goal is to be as big as the incredible hulk, and taking Clenbuterol to reduce the green at the end of the cycle.
