Thanks BDZ, glad I could help.
My Free T is good, and E2 is/was too low.
I've researched this a lot yesterday. I should have been posting notes in here, which is what I'm going to start doing.
DHT has no known effect on woman.
DHT is a steroid on steroids, literally. It is 3-10x(depending on source of information) more powerful than Testosterone for building muscle mass. With a low number, erections won't happen without a male pill, and libido will remain low. It has a bad reputation because if the number gets really high (like thousands) male pattern baldness occurs. So, like all hormones there is an ideal target level, in this case it seems that 60-70 is pretty close. And it is a great estrogen inhibitor.
T -> DHT via 5***945;-Reductase enzyme. Which is also why most people on T have the opposite problem. It's pretty easy to lower DHT, much harder to raise it once it plummets. So I want to keep this thread clean for low DHT sufferers. Since we are on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) there is even less good data for us. For example there are products that can raise T, and thus HDT. Since we already have near perfect T levels, that data won't do us any good.
I also know that in other countries like Europe, and Asia they can get DHT by scripts. But it works just like T, in that your own system will shut down. Not what I want to do, plus it's damn expensive, and not available in the US.
Now everything else that I'm going to say is questionable. So please feel free to give me your thoughts on this.
These are supposed to help increase DHT
Creatine, Tribulus, DHEA, zinc, ginseng, B6, magnesium oil, dbol, winni, T cream like Andro Gel and Testim.
nettle root is supposed to help with free DHT, but could be considered a weak inhibitor (AKA not really what I want)
Here's an
excellent article that I read.
