I joined Steriodology a short time ago, and have been posting often in the forums, along with reading through countless threads, asking for advice and suggestions on several topics. I would like to say first and foremost, thank you for all the help! I really appreciate it! I feel my knowledge of AAS has increased significantly. Now, on to business.

21 years old (as discussed in previous threads, very young..)

In the next few months, in all likely-hood mid November, I am starting my 5th cycle. Test Cyp/EQ/NPP cycle. Doses will be as follows. Excluding post cycle therapy (pct) from this thread for case of brevity, but HCG and all the necessary AIs and post cycle therapy (pct) are being followed.
Test Cyp 1-20 600mg/week
EQ 1-18 400mg/week (I've heard EQ can be harsh on blood pressure and thickening of the blood. I will see how my body reacts to 400mg)
NPP 1-10 500mg/week
(Question: How should the Test Cyp and EQ be run? Together, or continue the test 2 weeks after the EQ?)
As you may have noticed, it is a bulker. I have never done this much gear at once before. Although I have enough gear to extend this cycle to 30 weeks, I will not be doing this. The important part! My diet! Now, I have yet to buy the scale I want yet. I will have this for sure before November. I really want to accurately measure all my food out for this cycle and have it prepared a day or two before. So this diet will be somewhat of an overview or outline of what I want it to be with no measurements yet. Please critique! I'm already a big eater, but I understand appetite can really be insane while cycling EQ. Can't wait!
I like to get calories in throughout the day before I workout.
Meal One: 3 egg whites. 1 whole egg. Turkey Burger. I eat this homemade parfait thing..lot of people think it's gay, but it's basically a bowl of bran cereal mixed with greek yogurt and blueberries. I also take an Animal Pak and Vitamins B6 and B12 during breakfast with a cup of coffee I mix with skim milk.
Creatine: About 30 minutes later I take 10mg creatine monohydrate and 5mg Beta Alanine.
Meal Two: Chicken Breasts and Potatoes.
Meal Three: Chicken Breasts and Kidney Beans.
Meal Four: Round Steak and Quiona. Broccoli/Asparagus.
Meal Five: I take a scoop of Optimum Serious Mass with a scoop of Optimum Glyco-Maize all mixed with skim milk.
Pre-workout: 2.5 scoops C4 Extreme and 5g Beta-Alanine
Post-workout: 1 scoop Optimum Serious mass with a scoop of Optimum Glyco-Maize all mixed with skim milk. Animal Pak.
Meal Six: Turkey Burgers and Chicken Breasts. Broccoli/Asparagus.
Meal Seven: Round Steak and Potatoes.
Meal Eight: Ezekiel Bread and Peanut Butter. Almonds. 10g creatine monohydrate.
Each day I drink on average a gallon to a 1.5 gallons of water.
Sorry I haven't measured everything out yet! I am once I get a scale. I want to eat a minimum of 4000 calories a day. Does this diet seem decent enough for my goals (general bulker)? Please critique or add suggestions! Thanks!
