hey, i wanna know if my diet is fine.

8:00- 120gram oats, 250gram of white cheese 5%, protein shake.
12:00- 150gram rice, 200gram chicken breast, vegetable salad.
16:00- 9 piece of full-grain wheat bread, 200gram turkey, vegetable salad.
17:00- work out 10 tablets of amino.
19:00- 60gram cornflakes+60gram oats, double amount of pro shake.
23:00- 9 piece of full-grain wheat bread, 2 cans of tuna fish, vegetable salad.
00:00- sleep.
do i need to improve my diet?
am i do someting wrong??

How many cals? protein? carbs? fat?
What are your goals?

Why not throw in some fruit so you don't end up eating 19 slices of bread every day. It will give you some more variety in your diet.
