my diet sucks!!

On any given day I will eat between 500 and 15,000 calories. All I eat is shit and I'm sure I've taken at least 10 years off of my life do to poor diet. I almost have my exercise plan perfected, now I need a good diet plan. I am about 5'11, 160lbs. I def. need some work and a little bit of help. Thanks in advance.
 
Well before we go anywhere we're gonna need some more info. What are your goals are you looking to just clean up your diet and whats your average meal day look like, so we can rip it apart and build it back up propperly.
 
your range there is pretty far... to this day I would love to see a 160 lb man scarf 15,000 calories down, not to be a pain in your ass and say your feedin bullshit.. but with a range like that we really cant help you out as much as if you said i ate around 4,000 cals a day. most peoples body wont fluxuate that much on intake per day..

as of now all that Ive eaten today was a few pizza goldfish.
last week for dessert after dennys I had 20 krispy kremes
during that .49 cent hamberger day at mcdonalds i had 22 burgers.
I had 28 pieces of pizza at cici's last month.
when I eat, I eat a shit load. its not that farfetched...look at kobiashi.

anyway, this is my usual diet on most days:

breakfast: cereal usually, (cocoa puffs/lucky charms/cheerios) skim milk, and usually some juice.

lunch: pizza, candy, mcdonalds, but usually nothing.

dinner (total ssht most of the time): goldfish candy or pizza. i eat a ton of candy.

snacks: fast food, bagels, and other really nasty sht

i dont eat a variety of food but that food that i do eat are consumed in massive quantities. (horrible wording)

im sure it wont be hard to pick apart my diet...wipe it out completely is what im guessing. my goal is to lose the rest of the fat on my body and tone my upper body. i am very skinny but I want to stay that way; just not soft and squishy. my entire body needs work so i figured my diet is the best place to start.

for you, simply not eating like a slob will do wonders for your body composition.

seriously, eating a whole food that you actually have to cook (think chicken, potatoes, fresh veggies, etc) and not eating a veritable shit-ton of it, will help tremendously.

laying out a specific neurotic BBer-type diet plan would be pointless as you probably wouldnt stick to it (a baseless assumption on my part, but probably accurate). you need to get into the habit of making better food choices.

generally meals should consist of a lean protein (chicken, beef, turkey, eggs, cottage cheese, fish) fiber and carbs (fruit, veggies, oatmeal, whole grain breads, potatos, cereal), and essential fatty acids (fish oil, olive oil, peanut butter, avocado, nuts).

Fucking hell you wernt lying. At this rate you could eat KFC and it would be an improvment at least you would get some protein in there.
Straight up I'd say to cut you candy intake its abit OTT.
Making some small changes would make big improvements try somthing like this for a start, theres no point giving you a complete overhall cos you wont stick to it.

Breakfast: Cereal usually, (Bran Flakes/Weetabix/Cheerios) skim milk, and usually some Fresh Juice.

Lunch: Pizza, Mcdonalds Deli sandwich or Chicken salad Prepared at home (Crazy thought eh?).

Dinner: White or Red meat with Veg and Potato.

Snacks: Fruit, Bagels, Candy (Yes its a snack not part of a meal!)
