My diet..what do u guys think???

Meal 1-
6 egg whites 1 whole egg
1/2 cup oats

Meal 2-
6 oz. chicken breast
1/2 cup brown rice
1 cup green beans

Meal 3-
6 oz. chicken breast
1 medium potatoe
1 cup green beans

TRAIN


Meal 4- (POST)
2 scoops whey
1 banana

Meal 5-
10 oz tilapia
2 cups broccoli

Meal 6-
2 cups cottage cheese

Supplements-
1 multi vitamin
4 gram vitamin C
50 mg DHEA
10 gram Flax Oil

I'm 5'11 213lbs. right around 12-15% bf. maybe higher?

add protein and carbs to teh sixth meal and have one more meal ..so total of 7 meals..im guessing ur bulking?

yea i'm tryin to gain some good lean mass. So i'll try bumping up my carbs throughout the day and on my pwo,, and protein on my last meal.
