My Diet

Meal 1 - bowl of raisin bran cereal

Meal 2 - sandwich with chicken and provolone cheese

Meal 3 - handful of peanuts

Meal 4 - handful of peanuts

Meal 5 - protein shake

How is my diet? What could I improve? I need to lose about 15-20 lbs of fat in 2 months. I lift weights 4 times a week and do cardio 4 times a week.

diet defintly needs an overhaul, not nearly enough quality protein at EVERY meal, processed carbs (raisin bran and bread) is a no no when diet, keep carbs clean and complex such as old fashioned oats, brown rice, sweet potatoes, yams, legumes and tons of fiberous veggies.
you also need a better form of EFA's in there such as flax oil, olive oil, hemp oil, fatty fish.

could you provide us with your current stats? it doesnt appear as though your eating near as much as you should be.
 
first off it would help an awful lot if u told us what ur looking to do with ur diet..Cut up, bulk up,just stay lean???? Stats maybe too...

I'm curious of your stats as well. That is not enough food and you need to choose better qualities of food. As Jen mentioned, a better source of EFA's should be used. Try adding a tablespoon of flax oil ot your protein shake. Protein should be eaten at every meal. Protein sources include chicken, tuna, salmon, egg whites, lean cuts of beef, whey protein, and turkey. Your complex carbs should come from oatmeal, potatoes, sweet potatoes, and rice. Make sure you're taking in at least two servings of vegetables a day, especially greens.
Limit your intake of bread if possible and as Jen said, processed foods.
