Hey guys, I need some help and advice on my EC stack please. I am not using Aspirin because I hear that the EC stack is potent enough on its own.
I've never dieted down before or ever been 'cut'. I have estimated that im about 23% body fat and want to cut that down to about 10% body fat.
First of all, let me just say that because I am cutting I am getting enough water all day long and also protien from Tuna, Chicken breasts, egg whites and Whey shake. I'm also taking creatine, glutamine and multivitamines as well (let me know if thats a problem).
Anyway, I got some Vasopro Ephadrine HLC (25mg) and Caffeine (200mg) pills and for the first 2 days I halved the pills and only took just one tablet of each twice 6 hours apart!
My body handled it well and I felt no sides from it. Today I took 25mg of Ephadrine with 200mg of Caffeine at 9am then again at 3pm before my workout. I have not felt any side effects since doing this.
My diet is clean and has been for 2 weeks before I started my EC stack. I have a few questions that are bothereing me and was hoping you guys could help me:
* What kind or results can I expect as in lb of FAT loss if i take my EC stack for 3 weeks?
* How soon before a workout should I take it?
* Is taking the EC stack twice a day good enough or should I increase it to 3 times?
* If I stick to my diet (and training 4 days a week heavy and hard) can I expect to lose at least 10lb of FAT in 3 weeks or is this unrealistic?
