My Epistane Progress

I'm on week 3 of Epistane (Epi 2a3a) and all I can say is.....not seeing much. I'm going to go up to 6 weeks. I've heard it won't kick in until maybe 2 or 3 weeks. Defenitely seeing some acne so it's doing something. It's not to bad, maybe a total of 5 or 6 pimples. I usually only get one here or there every couple of months but I don't mind if it brings some gains. I will keep pushing. I took it for steenght and I'm still plateauing at around 315 on my bench.

I hope so. I'm going to ride it out 6 weeks and if it works it works.

maybe your overtraining? how many days a week do you lift? do you use periodization when you lift or do you try and do your max every time you bench?
