My experience with 3j diet

Coach .. When u see results u get motivated.. Constantly..
And I see results.. That's why I posted this thread.. Many here get stuck with their diet and see no improvements..like I did.. And its so damn ugly.. I just wanted our friends here to go through a short cut.. And that's when u do ur magic.
Thnx again sir.. U da man

for those of you who worry about the cost of food, i work with college kids on a measly budget... if you go eat fast food twice a day you have already spent more then you would on the foods in my diet daily...

I looked into and yeah pretty much the cost of food isnt as high as I thought. Im so used to buying chips and bull shizz all the time.

Found a new hole in my belt today for the first time - probably would have been two by now if I could have cut out more cheat meals since starting on his diet a few months ago.

Im glad hes working for ya bro..I signed up with him dec 20 and have lost 33lbs....and I still havent got pizza, hot wings or anything to do with a pig like bacon...i call his ass mohammed ...good luck bro I know your going to get where you want if you stick to it.

Lol bro... Did he really give you a green light for a cheat meal?
If yes.. U a lucky man!

No green light for cheat meals but with two little kids in the house there is always something around that I should be staying away from. Working on the willpower but damn fresh baked brownie smell can bring you to your knees if you been eating faithfully long enough!

No need to get all dramatic. My point is that ur exaggerating food prices. Did the diet call for 10lb of meat a day? I seriously doubt it. And eating clean is way cheaper than packing down chips soda and mcds.

I know.. I feed a family of 7 people every day. And I feed us all on about twice the cost you estimate.

6oz chicken, a big ass salad, broccoli, and a sweet potato should cost about $2.

And as an aside, if you can't afford the food, how can people afford the gear????

Gear is cheaper than food. Where can I get 6oz chicken, a big ass salad, broccoli, and a sweet potato for $2?

I disagree on principle. if you can't afford to eat for your cycle, doesn't seem like you can afford the cycle- 3J's signature says: 80% Diet 15% Training 5% gear. Though it seems to me that a huge number of guys posting shouldn't be cycling based on their questions.

I'll use sams and kroger as the example, but if you shop at any major chain grocer you can do this- especially if you buy the 'soon to expire' meats.

Sweet Potatoes - 4 lbs. - Sam's Club gives you 41cents for half pound on sweet potato
member's mark chicken breast @ $1.58/lb means 79cents for 6oz (allowing for 75%yield after cooking)
kroger broccoli crowns @ 99cents/lb gives you 50cents for 8oz broccoli
Taylor Farms® Iceberg & Romaine Blend - 2.5 lbs. - Sam's Club gives you 30cents for 8oz salad

So quick and dirty that's $2 for nearly 2pounds of food for that meal (give or take salad topping; I just use cinnamon on the potato- and yes, that's a total coincidence it adds up to exactly $2!)

If I shop on sale (sams isn't always cheaper) or buy in bulk (which I always do) the price gets cheaper, and buy a head of lettuce instead of prepared, substitute 3J's red brown rice for the potato and it's cheaper still (http://www.steroidology.com/forum/diet-forum/158021-3js-gfs-amazing-recipe-red-brown-rice.html)- now you're well under $2.

no where did I say eating isn't expensive. but it's nowhere near the cost some make it out to be.

How much a usual meal in a usual day would cost you if you are not dieting?
Just wondering.. Is it really less than 2-3 $?
Like I said before , I don't know food prices in the USA , but I know that a Big Mac meal @ McDonald's costs about 4 $ in my country, Make this 8 $ if you are ordering a small pizza...
A twix or bounty chocolate bar is about 1 $ for gods sake..
Now... 1 kg of chicken breast costs me about 5$ , and that covers protein in 5 meals..

I see bitterdregs listed few choices here for you. So thnx for posting bitter.. Go for chain markets..
