plenty of people were aware of this situation, I'm still being asked why i didn't post about it here..
enough times that I'm just going to clear the air once and for all.
i had some financial ups and downs with unseen expenses rolling in, caused me to push back restocking my testosterone for my TRT and a planned cycle by more than a few weeks..
local guy id used for years is no longer around, OP and their shipping options looked like the way for me to go
had talked to doc pheonix on here, been assured that shipping was exceptional and not to stress.
doc seemed like a good dude, down to earth and very helpful.
pinned my last trt dose a week before ordering, nobody's fucking fault but mine on that tip guys - but honestly i had shit popping up on me right and left to the tune of costing me almost $12k!!! financially slammed into pushing back restocking my testosterone so fucking close to the end of my trt supply..
placed my order on feb 15th, op picked up the donation on the 16th
i paid for the express "four day shipping!"
things seemed to be going awful slowly for a four day turnaround.
i didn't push it, if i got the pack in a week, ten days i would be fine..
after a week without being sent a tracking number - nothing - i started trying to find out what when where..
OP communicated with me a few times, very polite..
it was a little disconcerting that two weeks in a row i received this exact same message
" your package is set to be shipped out next tuesday due to certain circumstances"
ok..
when the pack was finally shipped - i noticed OP had fudged my address
i contacted them several times, they responded finally- telling me it had been fixed
it didn't appear to have changed on the tracking info, when i contacted them again they assured me it had been..
a few days later i saw that actually it had not been corrected, that the delivery service had listed on the tracking information that delivery had been attempted
" package undeliverable, address does not exist - address correction requested"
i ran down my pack over the course of two days, literally being bounced from one service location to another- finally catching up to my pack as it was coming off a truck BACK into the delivery services warehouse..
two counties over and an hour and a half from where i live.
ordered feb 15th. OP picked up donation feb 16th.
pack intercepted March 13th half way across the state.
i had tried contacting their rep on here, doc phoenix, to get some help in getting my pack shipped out, and then again for correcting the address..
apparently he had business out of town. was off the boards from feb 16th until march 7th
man, doc has a life and things going on - and that is understandable..
but seriously.. i thought it was poor taste that doc posted a new thread here , march 7th, about OP's fast shipping and impeccable service - while I'm still driving around the state looking for my pack. fuck!!!!!
now i don't fault doc for OP having whatever reasons/ circumstances that kept them from sending out my pack for weeks. i don't fault doc for the address being incorrectly marked for the delivery.
but i damn sure wish he had been around from feb 15th to march 7th, feel like he would have been able to expedite things and at least kept me from being stranded. honestly - once he got involved - i felt better knowing that no matter what happened - OP and doc would make sure that i got SOMETHING to keep me from being so damned miserable..
think about my situation - my testosterone was fucking crashed, i was stranded and miserable as fuck waiting on a pack that was going to be sent BACK to the shipper if it was deemed "undeliverable" when i had paid cash for the express shipping option.
during all the misery of being crashed on top of the anxiety about ever getting my fucking pack -
there was a member of the board here offered to help me out..
a perfect stranger that stepped up to help me out - just because they knew how fucking miserable it is to have your testosterone levels crashed to nothing.. this guy has a brother in me now, i don't take people like that for granted. very rare to come across someone with that kind of character, integrity
seriously guys, i felt like i was 100 fucking years old, it was really just fucking brutal. i hadn't been crashed in over four years and i swear to god i had forgotten just how god damned miserable it really was..
in addition to the member here offering to reach into his own pocket to help me out - i talked to PSL for the first time.. what can i say about these guys? before doc came back and was available- PSL was ready to step up and make sure i had some meds on hand until my pack landed - regardless of payment or repping them to people about their good deed.. just solid people, i really appreciated the dialogue they had with me during that time
they earned my respect, I'm going to be sending them business in the future.. in fact, ill be sending everyone who asks me to these guys. PSL is the shit boys!
there has been a couple other members on here who had very nearly the same damned experience with OP that i did, right around that same time.. and right down to the " your pack will be sent out next tuesday" responses and the fukcing address being off by just enough of a cunt hair to cause mayhem..
maybe OP had some things going on? now they're back on track? i don't know
maybe the members here who had similar experiences to mine will chime in.. seems like a lot people are afraid of drawing the ire of others for speaking out on certain issues. me personally , i really don't give a fuck if anybody is annoyed with me over this.
truthfully, nobody worth their salt actually wants to piss and moan about anything

would i use OP again? if i hadn't talked to PSL i almost certainly would have sent OP more business, shit happens
the gear i picked up from them appears to be correctly dosed, doing a fine job- as advertised.
I've ordered the rest of my gear from PSL, i will NEVER be caught so close to running out of my TRT
