Wow. I remember reading this article back in 1999 the summer after I finished grad school. That was an awesome website with great newsletters for its members. Thats so weird it suddently shut down, i always figured it was a successful company. 1999, looks like the author and bodybuilding in general was way ahead of its time. Look at all how the whole country and restaurant chains have gone into atkins, low carb for diets.
