Hey guys new here and new 2 the world of steroids

im 5 9

around 12 or 13% bf

170 pounds

26 b turning 27 during cycle

lifting 2 years

arms 14 half inches calfs 14 and a half inches chest 39 inches quads 21 and a half

i have started my first cycle 2day 500 mg of test cyp split in 2 shots monday and thursday for 10 weeks

im looking 2 bulk muscle mass is the goal

i have nolva on hand incase i get gyno sides and i will b using clomid 4 pct along side nolva if not used during my course

im just wondering have any of use tried this cycle
how long till i feel test kick in came off very good source
what gains can i expect
and should i just keep nolva on hand r start taking after week 4
 
Test will start kicking around week 5. You really need an ai to control your estro. At least have it on hand. Gains depend on your diet and training
 
I think you should run your test for at least 12, with cyp being a ling ester its not going to kick in until week 4 or 5 like metalhead stated.

You should be running an AI (arimidex or aromasin) throughout you cycle to keep you estrogen in range. Nolvadex will help with gyno side effects buy with do nothing to control estrogen.

some people also say it can slow down ur gains
do you think i could gain 14 15 pounds if diet in check
im gonna keep raising my cals the further i go in2 cycle and train hard

As soon as you get your AI start running it, its better to keep your estrogen in check as opposed to trying to get it back in check after its gotten too far out of whack.

As far as gains go, i do think you can gain 15 lbs no problem, 15 lbs of lean muscle though probably not there will be some water weight. My first cycle, which was ages ago now, just to put things in perspective for you, was Test E 400mgs/wk for 8 weeks and i gained 30lbs, now a lot of yhat was water but that just a vague idea for you. running an AI will help keep that water retention at bay.

need some big improvements and taking the test will keep my head in the game and hopefully produce some strength gains as well as muscle mass
do u think i should strength train like reps of 5 do get numbers up
r stick wit sets of 8 2 12 ??

I mix them both. If i want strength, i do 5 reps and keep adding weight each set until i cant do 5 reps. Then drop the weight and do about 3x10 or so before going to another exercise

i like the sounds of that think ill bring it in next week r 2 shock the body a bit

i have TAMOXIFEN CITRATE : could i start taking them 4 weeks in wen my test kicks in as i was advised 2 keep estrogen levels in check
r should i defo get the ai and run it 4 hole cycle
i read that if i take an ai r TAMOXIFEN CITRATE it could take away from my first time gains looking 4 as much muscle mass as possible since its my first cycle
also would like 2 c how my body reacts 2 compound also so i no 4 future cycles

any1 think its a good idea 2 add in weight gainer
i usually have 2 shake a day and 5 good meals

I prefer real food, but if I've learned one thing from Dre on these forums (actually more than that) the source of your calories isn't nearly as important as how many you are getting.
