My first cycle ever!

I know you guys probably get tired of new people coming in here and asking, what should I do, but I've been trying to do research on the internet and just haven't been able to figure out on my own what type of supplements I should be taking. I have been working out off and on since I was about 16. I'm now 25, but I have really been getting into it for the past 9 months or so now. I have been taking protein and cell tech with a multivitamin. I was thinking about trying something different like doing a cycle with m1t but I don't feel knowledgeable enough to start it on my own. I've heard a lot about taking 4ad, milk thistle, and 6oxo with this cycle but I can't figure out if this would be good or not.

Like I said I'm 25, 175lbs, 5'8, around 11%bf, my main goal is to put on mass.

Any feedback would be appreciated.
 
I would not do M1T. Too many people have problems with it.

Do a low dose test cycle.
 
I would do:

1-10 weeks of Test 500mg per week

Get a good diet and you will prob gain about 20lbs of mass

If you can. Get 3 bottles of QV 250 Enanthate. I love that stuff.
 
This is what I'm already eating...

breakfast: 3 eggs, 2 slices of cheese, 2 slices of wheat bread, 1 bananna, 1 cup of oats with 8oz skim milk, and 8 oz of oj w/multivatimin

protein shake

lunch: 7oz salman or chicken, 2 slices wheat of bread w/ lite mayonase

protein shake

dinner: 16oz chicken breast or steak or hamburger, with a side

cell tech

protein shake

i drink about 130oz of water throughout the day

Have you figured out how much protein you are getting from that diet?
 
i'm on my second m1t cycle, the first cycle was three weeks with hardly any problems.

NO gyno.
NO acne.
NO extreme lethargy.

that's just how I reacted to it, I gained 13 lbs and kept 10. now i'm taking a light cycle to finish off what I have now, but I'm not trying to gain a whole lot this cycle, caz I'm a serious distant runner...so i'm just trying to keep my weight and strength up.
