hello! first, sorry my bad english, and i new in here

My first cycle,

I run
500mg sustanon250 EW

250mg Trenbolone-E EW

Should i use some pills like , adex, nolva, aromasin when im on? i have run from 14 feb 2016 til now.

The bad things. I feel a little sensitive in my nipples - and im very frustratet to get gyno ! or man tits



How would the perfekt PCT look like for me on this sust and tren?



im 25 - 190cm - weight 92kg.

and its my first cycle.

Any help and tips and tricks appreciated !!

hey man.. you need to read the ology FAQs and other stickies on this forum.

you need to know what an AI is, and SERM is.. yes Adex or another AI should be used on cycle. Nolva and Clomid is for PCT.. honestly man you have way to many questions to be running a cycle.. let alone Tren. do some more research before you mess up your body.
