my first cycle help

hi im new hear and new to Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) so i thaught id join im starting my first cycle today and i would like some advice for my first time im 23 years old and have been training for around 4-5 years im 5ft 10" and weigh around 180 pounds im unsure on my bf. hears what i was thinking for my first cycle

weeks 1-5 250 mil of test enathate
weeks 5-10 500 mil of test enathate

im unsure on what to take for my post cycle therapy (pct) and how long for i was hoping you guys could help me out with that one thanks for any advice in advance.

look as i read from my last posts! for Test E dont tapper the dosases stay high all weeks! for me i take 250 for 2 weeks and stay 500 all the way till week 10! but i prefer 12 weeks...

u need Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) arround 250-500iu's a week which its more known as every 4th or 5th day of the week starting 2 weeks before ur post cycle therapy (pct)! than for post cycle therapy (pct) take clomid for 3- 4 weks start with 150 than! 100 for week than 50 per week u might need to have some Nolavedex or any Aromatase inhibitor (AI) in case of gyno during cycle! u take 50 mgs for that reason IF U SEE ANYTHING!!!! okay be careful here! for me i will be more like to run 10mgs of nolva during cycle for preventing gyno!

thanks for the info mate so i only need nolva if gyno starts, for post cycle therapy (pct) use only clomid and for the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) take as soon as i have taken my last shot as i need to wait 2 week be for starting post cycle therapy (pct) the take for a total of 6 weeks right thro my post cycle therapy (pct)??. so how much Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) will i need for this?

also how many 50 mil tabs of clomid will i need?

okay mate here u go! as i told u! Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 250 ius to 500 ius every 4th-5th day of the week! for 2 weeks i think its enough for first cycle!!!

clomid + nolva

day 1:300 mg clomid + 20 20mg nolva
day 2-11: 100 mg clomid + 20 nolva
day 3-21 50 mg clomid + 20 nolva

i dont under stand mate im new to post cycle therapy (pct). i thaught you said to only take Nolavedex if sines of gyno starts. i understand that i take hcd for 2 weeks but unsure on what after that. do i have to take clomid and Nolavedex together through out the post cycle therapy (pct) or only one of them.

ok mate thanks for all the info much apricated. i have 1 more silly question how the hell do you open the glass vales without getting glass everywhere and cutting ya finger i know its a silly question lol but every time i open one i cut my self and get glass into the liquid and all over the floor lol.

well mate! do u see the like or mark watever u wanna call't!!! u hold ur thumb and the other finger with ur right hand, also do the same for the the buttom part but with left hand, press and hold the left hand before u try to brake the upper part with ur right hand! clean a little bit the vial with alcahol before u start!!! in some cases u can take a tissue with ur right hand! so u dont get ur self! but i dont suggest it!

i was going to run 1 shot of 500ml every week but after reeding some threads on hear do you think it will be better for me to take 2 shots of 250 instead say one on friday and then again on monday and so on. id like to hear some experienced peps views on this

Mate, 2 shots per week 250 mg each! monday and thursday! to keep ur blood levels more stablized!! do ur cycle 10 to 12 weeks!

look abt post cycle therapy (pct), they have a lot of opinions right there!!
